Can I Wear Shoes
We recommend socks for beginners. Dancer Shoes with ankle support are allowed.
Why Can't I Wear Lotion?
Lotion will make you slide or slip which is dangerous for yourself and others. It will make dancing harder. You will only walk around the pole because you can't stick.
